OUR HISTORY
Management Impact was founded in 1964 by a group of human resources professionals and
labor law attorneys who recognized the need that small and medium size business had for
competent external human resource services.
Today the merits of outsourcing human resource activities have been well established and
have become a widely accepted practice.
Management Impact staff continues to provide guidance to many organizations who cannot
justify retaining full-time human recourses personnel. We have developed seamless
relationships by providing cost effective assistance to internal management and staff.
Over the years we have taken pride in our ability to attract highly qualified human resource
professionals who have ensured our ability to provide expert consultation and a wide variety of
human resources services to our clients.
